IM Studio is operated by Wollopit Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 23 628 819 107) trading as Commercial Property Marketing. This policy explains what we collect on imstudio.com.au and why. It sits alongside the CPM privacy policy.

What we collect

• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email and the payment result, never your card number.
• Your sources: the website address you give us, the pages we read from it and the files you upload, used only to make your IM.
• Your IM: the content, design choices and exports you make.
• Basic logs: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

What we use it for

To make, store and deliver your IM, to provide support, to issue receipts and to keep the service secure. We use an AI model provider to read your sources and write your IM; your material is sent to it for that purpose only and isn't used to train models. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Sources and IMs are deleted 90 days after purchase; export packages 7 days after they're built. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.

Cookies

We use a single cookie to keep you in your private studio after paying. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it or to delete it early: projects@commercialpropertymarketing.com.au. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
